To order your wedding stationery please contact us directly or fill out the enquiry from below and we'll contact you to discuss design, wording, deposit and payment options. Before ordering please read the Terms and Conditions below.
Terms and Conditions
Wedding Stationery Proofs:
Debbie Bisset Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after the stationery wording has be proof read by the customer. Any changes to the text required after the invitations have been printed will incur extra charges. ● It is the customer's responsibility to receive any permission required for the use of hymns, readings, poems etc. used in the Order of Service. ● Debbie Bisset Designs will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required.
Cancellations/Refunds/Exchanges:
The £50.00 deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. ● If work has already been started on your stationery at the time of cancellation then all costs exceeding the deposit will have to be paid for. ● Due to the fact that all stationery is personal and made to order for each customer, Debbie Bisset Designs can only offer a refund or exchange if the work is seen to be faulty and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed at that time.
Designs:
As the cards are handmade individually there may be slight variations in each one. ● All orders are subject to stock availability. If we experience difficulty retrieving the necessary materials the customer will be notified immediately and offered any alternatives available. ● Debbie Bisset Designs cannot be held responsible for the effect the ageing process may have on the stationery. ● 'Handmade by Debbie Bisset Designs' and Web Site address will be printed on the back of each card in small letters.
